Emotional intelligence and career development through organizational socialization: A practical study

Emotional intelligence has become one of the popular concepts that have received attention many researchers in field management recent times (Shipley, Jackson, & Segrest, 2010). Hashemi (2018) mentioned emotional and organizational socialization are considered most important might be a predictor productivity. This study intends to examine impact on career development through commercial banks Jordan. The current contributes literature by presenting an applied links intelligence, socialization, development. population consisted 13 listed Amman Stock Exchange 2021. sample 298 employees. A descriptive analytical approach was carried out. Furthermore, used analysis moment structures (Amos) program version 23.0 test hypotheses. came up with set results, there is mediation relationship between which partially consistent result Liao, Zhou, Yin’s (2022) found improves directly new employee behavior and, turn, support innovation team performance. recommends pay more their employees motivating training them
